“Overall, we had a great trip with friends. The place is smaller than it looks in the photos, but it wasn’t a problem. The walls ended up being a good thickness, so the kids weren’t disturbed when sleeping which was a major concern. The living room and kitchen are in the middle. There’s two bedrooms on each side, as well as a bathroom on each side (no en suite) Really our only problems were the key box was incredibly hard to open and close, the house was obviously “lived in” (lots of scuffs/ hole touchups, holes behind bathroom door, water leak on the ceiling that dripped). Also there was hardly anything in the kitchen-had to buy pot holders! No kitchen rags or anything. The playground was a major reason we booked this place and ended up not using it because the entire thing was a hazard. Rusty handrails that would cut you open and the ladder. The house is a great walk to the beach and the views were amazing!”

“Nate’s home was great! You cannot beat the walk to the beach and the home just feels so comfy. Beds are comfortable (just a bit squeaky when you roll over), kitchen has everything needed, and the deck swing is so relaxing. This was the 2nd time we had stayed here so we knew what to expect & everything was just as great as the first time. Pro-tip, while you can technically drive & park on the beach, DO NOT try to drive onto the beach from the road where the house is at. Again, we knew better because we had been lucky enough to stay here before, but we witnessed at least 3 cars get stuck trying to drive onto the beach over our 3 night stay. A pull wagon does just fine, but the sand is too soft for a car or truck.”

“Nate's place was like a home away from home! The house itself is exactly as advertised, complete with plenty of kitchenware, bed linens, etc. The TV was perfect for World Cup 2026 viewing! The beach was an easy walk from the house. Not a lot of neighbors, so it mostly felt like we had the beach to ourselves! The street serves as vehicle access to the beach. The sand is very soft at the interface between the street and beach, so be careful entering! Obviously not a refelction on Nate's place, but a tip nonetheless. All in all, would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable getaway! Thanks again, Nate!”

“Overall the place was good. Few things on why i gave it a 4 star….the downstair lights never worked and the breaker kept flipping, the hanging lights made the fence shock so we had to keep them unplugged, WiFi kept coming in and out, and the front door was pretty stubborn to open/close and lock. Great access to the beach and the house was clean. If staying longer than 2 nights, make sure to bring extra coffee, laundry pods, and dish pods!”

“We had such a great stay and really enjoyed our time here! The inside of the beach house is exactly like the photos—super clean, cozy, and beautifully put together, which made it really easy to relax right away. Just a couple small things to keep in mind for future guests. The backyard isn’t quite as lit up as it looks in the listing right now—some of the string lights along the fence and around the firepit area are missing or not working, so it’s a bit dimmer outside at night than expected. Also the BBQ pit in the photos is currently out of commission. We were hoping to use it, but ended up using the fire pit instead which honestly worked out just fine for us! Nate did mention he plans to replace the BBQ in the future, so that may already be updated soon. Just something to note if grilling is part of your plans—bringing your own setup could help for now. Overall though, this was such a perfect, relaxing spot for a beach getaway. Really loved our stay and would definitely come back!”

“Nate was a great host. The beach house layout was designed with thought for all guest. The rooms were spacious and both bathrooms are in the center of the house. There are only two remotes for four rooms with televisions. The outside play area could use some work around the metal handles but understand corrosion from salty air.”
