RPI manages vacation rentals in Crystal Beach and across the Bolivar Peninsula, Texas, plus Austin, Texas and Lake Texoma. Crystal Beach and the Bolivar Peninsula have been our home market since 2015.
What does RPI handle for owners?
RPI handles guest messaging, check-in, maintenance and issue resolution, listing your home on 12 booking channels, and collecting and remitting hotel and occupancy taxes and permitting. You get real-time financials, calendars and performance reports in the owner portal.

Can I still use my vacation home, including holidays?
Yes. You can block any dates for your own use, including holidays. Many management companies restrict holiday owner stays; RPI does not.
Does RPI collect and pay hotel occupancy taxes?
Yes. RPI collects and remits hotel and occupancy taxes on your bookings and handles permitting, so your rental stays compliant.
