“I really liked the house; it was super comfortable. There were a few issues, but Nate and his team resolved them almost immediately. The grill area should have a table and chairs. There is direct access to the beach, just a few steps away. We would definitely come back.”

“The location and house; interior and exterior was amazing and so beautiful on the beach. The only problem was communication, I asked questions prior to the stay and they were never answered and I purchased the late check out add on just in case but my family was able to leave the AIRBNB before 11am so I requested for a refund and I have not gotten any response back. Other than that the stay was pleasant and the house was top tier.”

“From the moment I reserved this AirBnB, Nate was very hands on. He provided clear instructions on how to check in/out and gave recommendations for a private chef The space was very spacious for our family and I love that we could drive or take a short walk to the beach. I also loved the cute welcome boxes for toiletries and household items. That was a nice touch. I would recommend this or any other properties Nate is involved with as your choice for your stay.”

“Cabin was great, we did have a couple housekeeping issues which Nate took care of quickly, overall our trip was fantastic. There are a few things you should bring with you when you come… measuring cups/spoons, extra blankets, laundry detergent (they give you a couple), crockpot…but there are pots and pans provided….Cabin is a couple blocks from beach, convenient, very roomy….our only suggestion is adding more chairs to living room”

“Nice house in a great location a couple streets from the beach. Owner answers slow but that’s to happen. Did pay for an early check-in time and didn’t get it, even with no bookings for the days before our arrival. House was decently clean besides one of the toilets, some brown spots on the bedsheets, dirty dishes, and a rotten lemon in a decor bowl. Overall decent deal.”

“This is a great beach house. It's modern and roomy. It could use a rug or two to help with the noise and maybe a set of measuring cups and spoons, but other than that, it has all that is needed for a nice stay with friends and family. We especially liked the two queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd room, this makes it so much more comfortable for those sharing a room. Nate was easy to reach with quick responses. I would not hesitate to rent from him again.”
