“When we 1st arrived the ac on the 2nd floor stop working. I called Nate and in less than 10 minutes the ac guy was there and had the ac back working again. This place is perfect for a large gathering and only 1 block from the water. All the beds were comfortable and all 18 of my guests were pleased. “We had an amazing time! The house fit the description, and we had all of the supplies and space we needed to fit our party. The stairs did give us a bit of a run for our money, but it kept us all in good shape with all of the good we ate! The proximity to the beach was also perfect walking distance, and we fit almost all of our vehicles in the parking area without issue.”

“My family of 16 (including 2 small children) absolutely loved this spacious house. Great proximity to the beach, plenty of space to spread out, and several activities to include ring toss, corn hole, outdoor TV and great views of the ocean. There are quite a few stairs, which is in the description and reiterated in conversations with the host, but it is true! Definitely got my cardio in! The rooms are on the first floor of the house (deck on the first floor so technically 2nd floor), and one bedroom/bathroom on the top floor with the kitchen and living room. It was a really nice view as the house towered over the others. We rented golf carts but really weren’t necessary. The beach is close and there really isn’t any other place to drive them. Unfortunately for us, Tropical Storm Arthur hit on our last full day so we were trapped. Luckily, there were board games provided, and again, plenty of room to spread out. I highly recommend this place and would definitely rent again,”

“We had an amazing stay on Bolivar Peninsula! The home was perfectly located and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there was more room than we even needed - incredibly spacious and comfortable for our group. “We take a family beach trip every year and we loved this house! We have a big family and this house fit us comfortably, the upstairs/main floor was awesome, lots of places to sit, the kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials needed, and the shuffleboard was a hit! Also, the views of the beach from the top floor were amazing. Nathaniel was very responsive with updates on our upcoming stay and very accommodating. We loved it so much we added on another day. The outside patio has a huge tv with lots of things for our small and older kids to do. We would love to visit again in the future!”
