“At first we were a bit leery as this AirBnb is located in a commercial area, but once we got situated, we felt safe and at ease. The area was quiet and there was plenty of parking right by the front door. We found the accommodations very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed to enjoy our stay-magazines, 3 TV's, an exercise bike and a comfortable couch. The kitchen had a rice cooker, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, (& coffee) Keurig & plenty of cookware & bake ware, as well as various seasonings in the cupboard. We just had to supply our food & we were set. The beds were very comfy, too! We did have a few questions, but Nate was quick to answer them & help us out. We were pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!”

“Nathaniel’s place was very comforting and just 10 min away from downtown Austin! It is located near a gas station and coffee shop so what else do you need! Only con I will say is the units glass in the front door area doesn’t have blinds or covers so people can see you come and go like an office but the cubed glass wall covers the unit.”

“This Airbnb was absolutely everything we were hoping for and more. Nestled in a prime location, making it easy to explore Austin’s famous food scene, quirky shops, and live music venues. We loved how the place was peaceful, yet so close to the action. The space itself was immaculate. The decor had a stylish, modern feel, with local art and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true Austin home. The bed was incredibly comfortable (seriously, we slept like rocks every night), and the living area was spacious and cozy. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to whip up a few meals when we wanted to relax in. There we had morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Nathaniel was super communicative and welcoming!”
