“The house was fine. Looked like the pictures . The towels smelled bad and left fuzz everywhere. The floors were dirty, my 9 month old had black all over his knees and feet from crawling around after 5 minutes of being there. I gave the feedback to Nate, not wanting to write a bad review. He saw the message, ignored it and proceeded to give checkout instructions.”
