“Beach house had a great view, 50 steps away from the beach. House was clean, porch is huge and great for relaxing with a great view of the beach. The only negative thing is all the mosquitos, make sure you bring bug spray. Not the owners fault it’s the whole island full of mosquitos.”

“We loved the house! The location was great. It was on the side of the beach that has a ton of shells. Walked right on to the beach. Only bad thing was charging $50 to check in 2hrs early/late, that was a first time we had experienced that on airbnb. Although Nate did tell us essentials were just to get us through a day or so, I was surprised that there was only one trash bag. If you don't mind packing these things it's no big deal just make sure you do pack them!”

“Nate’s beach house was amazing! It was squeaky clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our short 2 night stay. Check-In was smooth and there’s plenty of parking space. Nate was very friendly, responsive and always available if we needed anything! The deck has 4 high chairs, 2 loungers, a couch, and a table allowing you to watch over the water. We spent all night listening to the waves and staring at the stars from the deck. The restaurants on the peninsula are also great. I’d say better than most places we had on Galveston Island! Overall, this is a great pick and we would definitely come back for another quick getaway.”

“This home was wonderful, extremely peaceful. I will add that we only used the master suite and the bed is not very comfortable. I would recommend looking into replacing it. We did not try any other beds because we did not want to dirty a room not needed. The pictures show a front balcony to watch the sunset, however the door to access it was locked and there was no key provided. There is also an electric lift that they do not allow you to use. It would make carrying up all the heavy stuff a lot nicer. We would have loved to sit out on the front balcony in the evening to watch the sunset, but it definitely is not a deal breaker. This home is thought out and ideal for a very relaxing and peaceful stay. We would absolutely book again! Thank you for allowing us to use this beautiful, quiet, relaxing Bleu Pearl! “The Bleu Pearl was perfect for us! Clean, comfortable beds, and right on the Beach! Furniture looks new and is comfy. Cook and dinnerware well stocked. Great views and very peaceful. Neighbors were quiet but friendly. We set up our shade tent on the beach and left it overnight without any problems. Nate gave clear instructions, directions, and is quick to respond.”
