“The proximity to the beach was amazing! We even purchased a $10 permit to park our car on the beach, making it even more manageable to get all our beach toys back and forth. House was great. The bedroom with the 1 double and bunk beds is on the first floor, which is isolated by itself. If they wanted to use an indoor bathroom, they had to use the stairs outside to get to the main house. Our kids decided to sleep on the couches in the main house to stay close to the rest of the family and the bathroom. Also, be aware of the mosquitos. That’s just the nature of the location, but bring plenty of bug spray and hydrocortisone cream. It was fine on the second and third levels, but they came out full force at the tiki bar at dawn and dusk.”

“The house was just as described. We loved being so close to the beach! There was plenty of room for everyone. The adult kids had the upstairs area and the parents had the downstairs. The kitchen was big enough for 2-3 cooks to move around in. We had a great family time!! Thank you.”

“I absolutely loved the home and the close distance to the beach!! I e also live the fact that we had access to the beach chairs they provided! Only things that affected our stay was the fact that it was jeep weekend. And the island felt like a prison!! The amount of police present on the island was very uncomfortable also didn’t really allow us to enjoy the local businesses since a lot of them were closed! So during the week of may 14-17 just be aware that it’s jeep weekend on crystal beach and u will be harassed by the local police!”

“This house is in a perfect location! Easy and short walk to the beach. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Fit ten of us comfortably. Outside bar was cute and fun. We used the grill to cook some burgers and steaks. Outside shower works perfectly. Would stay here again!”

“We visit Crystal Beach multiple times a year and this house was the perfect beach house for our daughter’s sweet 16! It had a secluded bunkhouse downstairs that allowed space for our daughter and her friends! We were seconds from the beach which made it possible to have a nice campfire and cook s’mores! Our family collected shells along the water! We enjoyed this house so much! Probably one of our favorites yet! Thank you!!”

“This home was an incredible retreat and the perfect space for our group of six! The sprawling, three-level layout was outstanding, featuring dedicated king and bunk suites, and two distinct living rooms that ensured everyone had ample space to spread out and relax. We loved the home's unbeatable proximity to the sand, making trips to the beach quick and easy, and the amazing views from the deck made every morning a pleasure. Beyond the interior, the tiki bar and outdoor seating areas were a huge hit for our afternoons. While we had a very minor maintenance hiccup during our stay, the host was immediately responsive. We would absolutely recommend this home and hope to stay here again!”
