“Great location, loved this part of Bolivar. Very quiet, quick walk to the beach, The beach is clean with no sargasum, and not as crowded so great for families. The house is perfectly kept, very clean and tidy with plenty of utensils, pillows, linens, games etc... Beds are very comfortable. Great outdoor space upstairs and down! The upstairs deck is spacious and great for lounging and watching the sunset. Downstairs has a nice shower and large picnic table with plenty of room for gatherings. Cold AC, Fast wifi with smart tv's in every bedroom and living room. The kids loved tie welcome packages. Overall outstanding and would love to book again!”

“Overall it was very clean and were very responsive before arrival. Not as close to the beach as we would like to be but wasn’t a killer either. Only a few extra blocks down. The only complaint I’d have is I thought I got it further away from the ferry side as we like to be further down the beach but again it wasn’t something I’d take points off a review. The house was very clean and kitchen stove looked brand new clean as well as fridge etc. definitely cleaner than other houses we have stayed in and for that we were grateful. Would. Definitely stay again and recommend.”

“We had a fabulous beach, vacation and thoroughly enjoyed staying at Nate’s beautiful place. He clearly pays attention to details, leaving clear instructions and a wealth of ideas and possible needs. The kitchen was especially beautiful and very well stocked. The layout was ideal for a family holiday and the deck with the fabulous tall chairs were the perfect setting for morning coffee and devotionals.”

The neighborhood was peaceful because we were there in the off season, and the layout was lovely, with high ceilings, lots of light and a patio that you could see the sunrise and sunset from. We also appreciated the cheerful decor. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and Nathaniel checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay.”

“It was very nice. The only suggestion is put down some insect granules in the grass to keep mosquitoes from breeding. Parking is in the grass so it was unavoidable to walk on it and it stirred up mosquitoes like crazy.”
