“The location for us was perfect and the accommodations were great for our family. Clean, cute, and was actually spacious. The only thing that wasn’t great was the other tenants and that had nothing to do with the rental itself. What could have ended up being a complete disaster, Nate stepped in to make right. He went above and beyond to relocate us into another one of his rentals. Even with technical errors on behalf of AirBnb’s, he was patient and stayed in contact until we were completely relocated and comfortable in the next location. Due to his efforts, in making my family feel comfortable and safe he will have a life long customer.”

“Nate, our host was quite responsive and eager to help. The house was very clean, accurately described and in a great location. Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach! Even the beds were incredibly comfortable. The wife and I got some of the best night’s sleep in recent memory! We rent Airbnb often and keep our expectations realistic as you never know what kind of little hiccups you may encounter. But, in this case, we had absolutely zero complaints or issues. There is also a 24 hour convenience store just at the end of the road for anything you may need.”

“Overall Nate and the place was good. The cleaning service didn’t leave any towels and we notified Nate and he quickly corrected the issue (not his fault) Cleaning service needs to do better… dog hair in the master bathtub so only used the shower. Not like it was a large amount just the thought I guess. And the front porch had an old dog turd on it. But the beach was awesome as usual so the rest is what it is”

“We had a wonderful stay at this fully furnished beach house in Crystal Beach, Texas. The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. With three spacious bedrooms and two well‑kept bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The kitchen, living room, and breakfast area were thoughtfully arranged and made the space feel warm and inviting. Having a full‑size washer and dryer was a huge convenience during our stay. The amenities were excellent—satellite TV and high‑speed internet worked perfectly, and the outdoor BBQ grill made our evenings even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Nathan, the property manager. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.
