“This property is amazing. Steps from the beach and the BEST views on Bolivar. The top deck gives you a view of barges from the Intercoastal Waterway on one end and expansive Gulf views from the other. Sunrises and sunsets at the top were incredible. The whole crew commented on how comfy the beds were and the game deck was a big hit to relax or play post beach. We hope to gather with friends here again soon!”

“I spent six wonderful days at this beachfront home! My favorite part was sitting on the deck, listening to the waves and watching the ocean. The sunrises were beautiful, the deck chairs comfortable, and the peaceful, private setting was exactly what I needed. Visiting during the off-season meant the beach was practically empty! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The kitchen even had a crockpot, though I had brought my own! I spent so much time outside that I never turned on the TVs. The fenced yard was wonderful for my dog, and the lift was definitely worth the extra cost. It was so easy to use! Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The master mattress was a little too soft for my preference, but thankfully a twin bed was firmer and worked well for me. Overall, this was a peaceful, relaxing getaway. There's nothing like being right on the beach, listening to the waves. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Great place at a great price. Kids bunk rooms was really neat and maybe inspiration for our future house! Close enough to the beach that we could walk back and forth. Not front row but with the layout of the houses you can see the beach while drinking coffee in the morning!”

“We had a good stay and the home was beautiful. Only issue was apparently the neighbors are sticklers. We were sitting downstairs as a family and singing karaoke (on our small karaoke machine) and the cops showed up at 9:04 at night because of a noise complaint. (9 o’clock!!!) The cop agreed that our music wasn’t too loud (not past 85 decibels at the back of the property line, we were at 69). Apparently the neighbor reached out to the property manager when he called the cops as well. But it kinda sucked that the property manager sided with the grumpy neighbor and asked us to turn it down when 1, it was still so early in the evening and 2) it was acknowledged by the sheriff that our music wasn’t at a disrespectful volume. We really did not have it very loud. Other than that we had a good stay. Just felt like we couldn’t sit outside and have a good time without getting the cops called. I could see if we were partying but it was literally 2 adults and 3 kids singing karaoke….”

“We stayed here for my daughter’s 18th birthday and had a wonderful time! Plenty of room, clean and exactly as pictured. The garage area was a great bonus, and we loved having the beach toys and a tanning chair available. Beautiful beach views from the deck and master bedroom, plus we could watch the barges from the dining room. The host was very kind and helpful. We’d absolutely stay here again!”

As a disabled veteran who travels with a service animal, I especially appreciated how welcoming and understanding Nate was. Being able to have my service animal with me and feel completely comfortable in the home meant a lot to me. My family and I felt very safe and at home throughout our entire stay. The house was incredibly clean, and I was genuinely impressed by how beautiful it was in person. The furniture, décor, and overall setup were very well thought out, and you can tell Nate takes pride in his home and in making sure his guests have a great experience.
